Hi,
How can appaly percentage validation in MSExcel 2010
I have 2 columns GCType Drop down (Fixed,Percentage),GCValue(allow whole number) in excel Sheet

if(GCType='Percentage')
GCvalue(0 to 100)
else
GCvalue >0
