when i use generics in a dot net real time project

i wants to know when and where i can use generics cpncept of dot net in a real time project. also how to use this.
i am 3years experienced in dot net in mnc in pune. but i did not do any realtime project till this time. please let me know when i use generics in realtime prokect.

0	Well, Generics is actually Type safe Template implementation of .NET. In case of generics, you can pass the type of the object with the object itself, so the methods are type independent. Of course you can provide restriction on types.
