Dynamic increment of empid using Dropdownlist [Resolved]

First empid will be in E001, E002, E003 format.When page is loaded empid is dynamically added to the Dropdownlist.There are two textboxes where we insert values and there is a insert button atlast.when insert button is clicked data got inserted to the database.
