Error report in asp.net

Error 1 It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS. C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Backup Files\webApplication\webApplication\Web.config

i got this error message while build the prog how i can retify this...

0	That is the problem.
