run time table in asp.net

i hv created a run time table in vb.net and want to fetch the value of using controle like Selected Checkbox, selected item of dropdownlist box. hence in this table all controles are created through code.so plz tell me how can i get the value of using controle
with the help of javascript or any other way to find the solution.
