Kill the Currect Excel.exe when i m closing the Excel Sheet

hi

i am working on vb.net,
i have created the excel sheet Dynamically
but when i am closing the excel sheet,the exe is still there in process,
so i want to kill the currnet excel.exe when i am closing Excel sheet(not killing all excel.exe).
