How to Upload a website to a web Server

Hi

I have created a website using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 with C # .
Now i want to know how to upload this website on to a web server.
i have a registered domain name .
So can u plz tell me the steps for uploading this website on to server so that it can be accessible by the internet users.
What will i need and how to do plz tell me
I have no knowledge regarding this process
So plz reply me as immediately as possible .

0	first of all publish the website by right click on web site and then publish It will ask for target folder for published site give it wherever you want to store and then make sure second checkbox which is for creating different dll for every page. and then click publish. After publishing copy and paste this published code on server and then create virtual directory on your server's IIS and give require permission and after that you can browse your site.
