I have good experience in Microsoft technology and now I want to Certification from Microsoft.

My question is :
1. How this certification will help me in current or future prospect?
2. I do not know about certification, so How to start?
3. How to choose subject, please advise?
4. What are the level of c# ans Sqlserver certification side?
5. At which level of experience required for certification ?

I hope this question will help so many people who want to grow with Microsoft and does not know how?
