SelectedIndexChanged for dropdownlist which is in datagrid

i have a datagrid in which a dropdownlist is present..on ItemDataBound event of datagrid i am filling the dropdownlist. i want to implement SelectedIndexChanged event for this dropdownlist.i have written the code for the same,but the event only is not getting fired..Can somebody help me??

0	good evening friend, you hae a datagrid and that grid have a one column of the dropdownlist that particullar dropdownlist selected the selectedindexchanged event want to fire,but teh event not fire that's your question if you don't mind why you want the selected indexchanged in grid it is not nescessary na,but i give the solution in the dropdownlist property Autopostback is set to as true the event is going to be fired MuthuKumaran.R Senior Software Engineer Techcello India.
