i have a query on uploading resume

Hi,

when i upload a resume then that content will be shown in next page as splitting the firstname,surname,mobileno .
and the resume content will be shown in resumeadd.
in next page,
i have 4 text boxes like firstname,surname,mobileno and resumeadd this should filled.
