How to validate Specific details in email address

Hello,

i want to check wether the email address entered by the user belongs to correct domain or not.

For eg: Suppose my company's name is ABC Ltd..then i want to verify wether the user entering email address of that org. should have email address as
xyz@abc.com
or
xyx@abc.co.in

How to verify this? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
