I have a TextBox to accept Patient Name, i want that as the user types the 1st alphabet of patient Name a gridview should appear showing all matching records... This gridview should be shown in way that it appears enclosed in a form, the user can close the gridview by clicking on close button..

0	These kinds of features can have a ready made control that comes with Telerik or other third part controls. However you can implement similar functionality using ASP.NET Ajax control toolkit Auto-Complete TextBox control ( http://www.asp.net/ajaxlibrary/act_AutoComplete_Simple.ashx ).
