Hi,
1) I have a web page with lets say 2 fields:
Name and Profession
2) On the click of save button the values provided by user against these fields are fed into database.

I want:

1) when i click save button a PDF file is created and the values supplied by the user are written on this PDF file. Then i want to save the path of the file in the database and reference of the path in the folder.
