How to convert Amount in Words using Crystal Report?

Hello,

Can any one let me know how to convert Amount in INR into Words using Crystal Report??

I am using TOWORDS function for the same in crystal reports however it is not working properly.

If i use TOWORDS(2) It gives me output as 2 and xx/100 ...
so if i use TOWORDS(2,0) It gives me 2 ...which is correct however i can't use then values with decimal.

Secondly, if i have values in lakh it does not display amount properly.

Please can any one let me know how to get it working???

create a formula and insert a formula like:

ToWords ({Employees.EmployeeID},0)

then place it in your report.

This will display the number in words with no decimal places. If you want decimals change the ",0"
