Hi Venkatesh,

Your question is not clear.Are you add a value for selected checkbox value into dropdownlist means...

First add the event for Checkbox Checked Changed into your checkbox control if you using javascript means just call the function in onclick event
at that function (or) event to check the checked state for that checkbox if checked means to add the value into dropdownlist else to remove that value in dropdownlist(value is already there in that dropdownlist).

Try this way you can achieve it.
