Page Fluctuation

Hi All,

I am getting an fluctuation every time when my page is loading. I am using Ajaxtool kit Extenders and asp controls in my page.I used an image link to reach my page. But these fluctuation is not happening in Mozilla Fire fox browser. I am currently using Internet Exlorer as my default browser.Can any one help me to solve these?
