How to specify a port number in Visual Studio or Web Developer?

I am developing a web application using Visual Studio, when I am starting debugging I want a particular port to be used always. Where to set the port number?

In Solution Explorer, click the name of the application/Web site.
In the Properties pane, click the drop-down of the "Use dynamic ports" and set to false.
Write the Port Number in the Port Number box. Save the settings.
Now, whenever you will start debugging, your application will use this port.
