I think i am seeing this question for the 100th times in 6 years. hmm I think i should write an article that would do just that. I will make it clear that there is no free way to do this, some people think there is a free as we do with emails

I know some softwares which not free, as Vuyiswamb writes but you can send messages through ASP.Net with it. You can develop is almost every programming language with it.
