Scrolling of text in the asp page in asp.net

Dear Friends
I have developed a application in which i want to use the link buttons or the hyperlinks that has to be scrolled from top to down. If we click the link or the link button that is in scrolling, it should navigate to the corresponding page.Can anyb one help me in solving out?

0	Hi Gokul, Based on my knowledge using the marquee tag is a non-standard HTML markup element type.
