make a binary tree in MLM???

hi, i need an idea how should i make a binary tree using asp.net. Suppose there is a member A who joins member b under him . There are two positions Left and Right. Its upto A to assign user B under Left or Right to him. The same process is applicable to user B and C and so on.

I am attaching an image below.
