---my code
Create Folder in your application Ex: OfficeFiles(FolderName) and keep some files into this folder. Example file name is attendance.doc

OfficeFiles(folder) contains Attendance.doc file download this file.

Place Hyperlink in your application

<asp:HyperLink ID="HyperLink1" runat="server"
NavigateUrl="~/OfficeFiles/attendance.doc">HyperLink</asp:HyperLink>

run your application
