I am giving some approach to solve your problem.

You can read this article http://www.dotnetfunda.com/articles/article971-aspnet-gridview--jquery-tips-and-tricks--part-2-.aspx that helps you to understand how to retrieve data from server using jQuery ($.post method). Once you are able to get the value from the database to the page, you will need to use jQuery selectors to populate the data into the TextBox.
