I am working on an ASP.Net Project where in I am developing a web page using ASP.Net on Windows server 2008........I want to access this web page from a client.Please help me how to do this.......

You need to publish the web site to the IIS and access it in client using the url...

Deploy the website into webserver and access that with its url like
http://serverip/VirtualFolder/default.aspx
