Unable to Load Meta Data resouce ?

Hello,

I am trying to run a small application using Entity Framework. However, when i run the application i get a error : Unable to load Meta Data resource..
So, i build a new project from scratch...still i am getting same error...what can be the reason?

Please help me out.
