lot of fields in a sharepoint (WWF) workflow

In a sharepoint site,
I have a (WWF) workflow with 89 fileds.(input)
What is the better way to develope a form with all these fileds and make it route in the workflow.
infopath? It may create performance problem.. :(
webform? winform ??

Please donot post any urls/links.
Give me a clear answer.
