Need horizanatal menu tabs using jquery

Hi

I want to horizantal menu using jquery and java script,along with that how to add logic(source code) under the menus,can anyone help me on this.

Example:-Quick Sms,Group Sms,Sent Sms,Address Book.

how to add the source under the particular menu tabs. Thanks in advance.
