how to open .mdf file and log files in my system

Hi
I downloaded online shopping project from Internet,but i am unable to open the databse,it conains .mdf file and log file.so can anyone help me on this
how to open these files.ones its clear i will go ahead and start doing the project. Thanks in advance.

0	Do you have SQL Server Management Studio (Express) installed on your system? If yes you can right click on the database node from the left panel and click on Attach... select the .mdf file and you will be able to attach them into the SQL Server. Once you have attached, you can open as a normal database. Hope this helps.
