how can create a dynamic webpage for every user like forum
if user ask any question this question show in dynamic web page
and in title bar also show this question

0	Physically that is not a webpage. That is done by UrlreWriting technique. This is useful for SEO. In ASP.NET 4.0 and IIS 7 there are lots of ways to rewrite a url. All are achieved through controlling the httpHandlers.
