Actually m tryin to develop an application using c# which will monitor for a specific internet address and as soon as the user type that address and press enter or go button my application will just redirect the URL to my defined webpage without knowing the user what actually happening not even in address bar. Application can be console based or GUI no matter but not a webservice.
