How to supress the the running total field?

Hello,
i have a running total field for serial number. I want to supress it if no record is present..how to do it? my supress condition is failing...
What should i do?

If my report has no records it still displays 1 as a serial number. I dont want to display it...how to do it?

0	hi Laghaterohan, You need to create a formula for that.
