connection with asp.net and sql server

i know only .cs window code.
and i wrote everything (save ,edit,delete and the connection property in .cs window)

one person already design the hospital website. i want to do that one in dynamic
i open the aspx file in website window(2008)... the designing i can run....but now the problem is...... the .cs window is not here....only HTML window is here.....i dont know that how to write code in html window.My main doubts are
in HTML window

1.where i will write the System file(eg. using system.data.sqlclient)
2.where i will write the connection property (eg.sqlconnection=new sqlconnectio........).?
3.i have IMG button here....if i click IMG button i want to view the panel......

please reply me .because I m in too much trouble...
