how to pass parameters from dropdownlistcontrol in crystal reports

hi,

iam having two tables dept and employe

dept
====

deptno int primary key
deptname varchar(50)
dloc varchar(25)

employe
========

empno int primary key
empname varchar(50)
salary money
deptno int foreign key

i want to display all deptno values in dropdownlist control when user select the deptno then all details of employe table and dept table i want to display in crystal report

can you give example which helps me
