anybody has idea on Generic shopping cart ?

Is it like a template software which anybody can use to include their own contents provided the layer will be constant ?
or how it is?

please give some example sites if you can.

0	Hi, Thanks for your reply. We are developing academic projects for MCA students. In that , Generic shopping cart is the Topic which we have been asked to develop an application in Asp.net.
