Access another application hosted on Web server

Hello experts,
My problem is that i am accessing my application through public ip (200.145.x.x) and it's internal IP is like (10.24.x.x)
Can it is possible that a application hosted on another internal IP (10.23.x.x) is accessible through Public IP
Please suggest any idea !!!
