Is there any way to hide title bar, menu bar tool bar of internet explorer?

Hi All

Is there any way to hide title bar, menu bar tool bar of internet explorer? and when the user will click finish button then autometically it will display all the controls..

Note:
--------
1: ASP.Net + C#.Net..
2: The page must be .aspx...(not .html)..
3: Without using Popup window or any .html page..
3: any java script or CSS will be better..
