How to use one Xsd (Schema file) for two different xml files.
Its validates fields of one xml file but should not validate same (similar to privious file) field of another file.

I've written an article over Validating XML Document against XSD Using C#. so you can take a look there http://www.dotnetspark.com/kb/4206-how-to-validating-xml-document-using-c-sharp.aspx but your question is little bit confusing for me apart of it I am curios to know why you want to validate one xml file where as keeping ideas to not validate for another file.
