Master Page with Normal Page events?

Hi one of the interview this question was asked me. I explained as per my knowledge. But he is not satisfied. Can you please explain me?

Having One Master page(MainMaster.master) and One Normal(Doctor.aspx) page. If i used In Docotor.aspx page used Master Page which page will load first?

In Every event how it will reflect?
