IIS Parser error regarding master page

Hi,
I have created a virtual directory in the IIS and now when i browse it, its giving me parser error.

Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'xxx.Master.Site'.

Please can anyone help me regarding this...
Its urgent....

I have a default website, when i create a virtual directory in it, it cannot load any page of the virtual directory which leads to parser error.... when i convert that into an application then everything is fine.... i don't know what problem is occurring when i create a virtual directory...! Yes, we have a file named Site.master.cs.....
