Yes Debal,
After Publishing website you need to host it into IIS, but it's very simple.
start IIS, by writing inetmgr into run window and press enter.
it ll start IIS.
then select web site->Default web site in right hand sided tree view of IIS Screen.
right click on Default website, this ll open a pop up menu. select virtual directory->Create New Virtual directory option.
This will ask for alias, give it as per your choice in our case I ll type "MyWebsite" here. and press Next button
then Map it with your published directory where your published website is reside and press Next
Then press Next till finish.
after doing this open your browser and type http://localhost/MyWebsite/Default.aspx
this will open your website. here instead of default.aspx you can write your homepage name and instead of MyWebSite you can write your own virtual directory name.
