Ho to show weather temperature

Hi all,

How to show weather temperature of particular city on website. For example lived in London show only London weather on website...

I have no idea whether to used API's or web services or some thing else....

Also how to show daily prayers timing of particular city on website...

Please suggest me ideas to solve the problem..
