How to place footertemplate top of the gridview

hi
every one i have include gridview in footer templates textbox and addnew link button when i click link button my records inserted above the footer templates
this is common i need how to place above in my textbox and link button when
i click link button i need bind the record below the records how will do this
also refer my image below.

by default gridview showfooter is false(default)

enable showfooter="true"
