About changes madae in the Database

Hi,

I am new to this SSIS. and now i m creating SSIS packages to retrive table data from Source DB to Destination DB. Now if any changes happen to source DB(inserting of any rows or deletion of some rows) should be reflected and intimated to the Destination DB also so wat can i do for tat? Can anyone please help in this .

Note : Please share me some notes for get Trained in SSIS Controls.
