Double Scroll bar in a SSRS report viewer ASP.net interface page

I have created a dotnet page which contains a panel in which reportviewer control is added.
The page works fine in IE6,IE7.
But in IE8 it shows 2 scroll bar(2 horizontal bars,2 vertical bars)
one for report viewer control.
one for the report inside the report viewer control.
Why is this happening..??
