How to display multiple language contents Using Global resouse files?

hi,experts

pls help me.

How to create Global resorce files.
In that file how to give name and value(ex label text).
How to call that values into .cs file?
How to add extra Label properties In aspx file?
How to configue web config file?

My requirement is:

I have a dropdown list,having en-us and fr-ca 2Languages.
when i click on the en-us it should display English language,
when i click on the fr-ca it should display French In Label or somecontrol.

Coulad u ple any body help.Need urgent..

pls give me a step by step Procedure.
