how can we create the password char? in textbox

Hi,

in password textbox if i entered the details after that if password is valid in the sense it should display more than dots what ever you entered in the password textbox.

for eg: in sbi netbanking when ever enter the password details in password text box and click on login button it should display more no.of dots.i want that implementation.
