I want to create a progress bar in my project?

Hi,

I am having login page when entering the credentials .it will goto the mdi form.in the mdi form all child forms are included.my intension when ever user click the login button it shows mdi form and after that progress bar will be automatically open in mdi form only.I want to use progress bar to open another form when equals 30%, 40%,50% and 60%, with main form still exist.
Can any one help me please with exemple and picture.
