i need help on how to connect 2 systems remotley using with asp.net

hi gm frnds,

i have 2 systems which have public IPs.one system is a Windows7 system hosting the asp.net site.the other system(IP:192.168.1.32) is also windows7 having mysql the asp.net application needs to acess the mysql data base from other system.

i need help on how to connect these 2 systems remotley.
