can any give me some idea about Ticket rising project in asp.net...

i have been assigned to a project called ticket rising....that should give the information about pc problems(internet,h/w probs etc) to network admin from employee....i am new to dot.net.....so guys help me.....thanks in advance...

0	Hi, This is very simple to understand. See this project come up with 2 interfaces 1. Network admin 2. User(ticket raiser) if user having problem he will fill up a form(meas raising ticket) that will fill info about problem means what is the problem and description On network admin side - that ticket will display to admin. he will look into it and when he solve the problem , then he will update status as complete.
