How to view connection string details of web.config of a remote server

Hi,
suppose you know that in a remote server say :http://xyz.com, one virtual directory with the name of "projectA" exists.
How could you get to know about the connection property details of it's web.config file?

You have two choices:
1. You can download the Web.config file from the remote server and see what you wanted.
2. Knock the Admin of the remote server to fulfill you demand.

Never think, you will develop an application that will take a remote server address and will return connection property details. You have to be HACKER :)
