How to save the pdf's fillable controls text into the pdf programatically

Hi guyz ,

I have designed the pdf using the Adobe Life cycle designer ES2 with pdf fillabe controls After typing the text in the fillable controls, Im able to lock the fields with the text and Im able to save it but all this process is done through the adobe pdf reader I want to lock the pdf fillable field and save it through the c# coding.Will this be possible can anyone help me to achieve this??????????????
